How to Proof Bread Dough

Proofing or proving bread  or any dough, can be quite a challenge for the novice baker.   Bread dough needs the proper environment for it to rise to perfection. Different recipes call for different variations and time frames and usually shows up as  just “allow the dough to rise in a warm place free of draft”.

Traditional  artisan bread making calls for the bread dough to be allowed to rise and rest at the very least twice before baking.  This process of proofing can take between 12 to 48 hours!

Needless to say,  the proofing process is a source of concern for most home bakers, specially those just starting to learn the craft of baking.  It need not be so though.

Not, with THE BREAD WIZARD !

Now, all you need to do is  prepare your mix and knead your dough by hand or using a mixer, then put it in your bread baking or loaf pan before placing it inside The Bread Wizard, that you have ready and steaming.  You will be rewarded with a perfectly risen bread in 48 minutes or less.  We have had oven ready, basic bread recipes in about 20 minutes.
